Dry pastel is a very delicate technique. For me, it reflects our connection with the spiritual world where everything is ethereal, gentle and soft. It is as if this technique shows the touch to the Divine reality where there is no roughness and strong contrasts, where everything flows smoothly and in complete harmony.
